Meet Our Founder – Dhanaji Mohite
Dhanaji Mohite, the founder of Harsh Enterprises, started his journey from a small village called Mulgaon, Bhalwani Taluka, Khanapur District, Sangli.
After completing his primary education in his village and graduation from Vita, he began his professional career in 1999 with the Karad Branch of Sonhira Enterprises, working with Eureka Forbes Limited.
Starting as a sales and service professional for Aquaguard water purifiers and vacuum cleaners, he quickly gained hands-on experience in customer service, door-to-door sales, and technical product knowledge.
A Journey of Hard Work & Dedication
In November 2003, Mr. Mohite joined the Thane Branch of Eureka Forbes Ltd as a Sales Executive for Door-to-Door Marketing.
Coming from a rural background, adapting to a big city like Mumbai was a challenge. However, with strong training and mentorship from experienced leaders, he developed excellent sales skills and became a top-performing salesman.
During his 8 years at Eureka Forbes, he achieved multiple milestones and was eventually promoted to Group Leader and Team Leader, managing teams and guiding new sales professionals.
Expanding Industry Expertise
After gaining deep experience in the water purification industry, Mr. Mohite continued his professional journey with several leading water purifier brands.
He worked with:
- Kent Water Purifiers – Direct Sales across Mumbai
- Nasaka Water Purifier – Distributor handling operations across Mumbai
- Livpure Water Purifier – Area Sales Manager managing distributors and dealers across Sangli, Satara, Konkan, and Goa
These roles allowed him to develop strong expertise in sales, distribution, service management, and customer support across multiple regions.
Establishing Harsh Enterprises
With years of industry experience and a strong vision, Dhanaji Mohite started Harsh Enterprises in November 2016 in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai.
The goal was to create a trusted local service center for water purifier sales and service where customers could receive honest advice, quality products, and reliable support.
Today, Harsh Enterprises has become one of the most trusted water purifier showrooms in Ulwe.
